How long have I got to return my order?−
You have up to 10 days from the date you received the product until the date we receive it, to be valid for an exchange/refund. Returns within the EU must be sent back within 10 days and in perfect original sale condition, unworn. Tags must not be broken. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund (Credit or Exchange only). Are returns free?+
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the return or original postage costs. However if you require an exchange you will receive this free of charge.
I have received a product that is damaged. What do I do next?+
Please ensure you contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately some items may slip through our quality control & we will be happy replace any items with factory faults at no extra cost to you.

Can I track my order?+
For tracking on all Avid & Co. purchases, please login to your Avid & Co. Account, and click the tracking reference link underneath your order details, or refer to your shipping confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?+
You are entitled to cancel your order, if we are notified within an hour of making your purchase. We are unable to cancel orders after this period.
